GMP Training

• The implementation of GMP depends on the commitment of the company workforce. Our company provides continuous training programmes to prevent inconsistencies from occuring.
• Independent job functions of Manufacturing and Quality Units.

Quality System

• Assuring Safety for consumers. Quality units (QA and QC) provide systems, interprets regulations and set company’s quality policies.

Documentation

• “Process defines the products”. Every single production step is fully documented. Checking on principle steps, and preventing mix-ups by segregation and labeling.
• Making written procedures accessible in Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and all test specifications.
• All changes are justified, documented and managed by QA.
